ER90S-B9

Blue Max

®

LNT 9Cr (P91) is a cut length consumable designed for welding on 9% Cr, 1% Mo

LNT 9Cr (P91)

creep resistant and hydrogen-resistant steels commonly used in power plants and petro-
chemical industries. Blue Max

®

LNT 9Cr (P91) weld deposits can be used at a maximum

service temperature of 1200°F (650°C).

Blue Max

®

ER347Si

Blue Max

®

LNT 347Si is an austenitic stainless steel consumable for welding Ti or Cb (Nb)

LNT 347Si

stabilized CrNi steels. The resistance to intergranular corrosion and oxidizing environments
is excellent.

Blue Max

®

ER2209

Blue Max

®

LNT 4462 is a duplex stainless steel consumable for welding 2205 duplex stainless

LNT 4462

steel base materials. The high chromium and molybdenum content provides resistance against
pitting and stress corrosion, as well as general corrosion.

Blue Max

®

ER2553

Blue Max

®

LNT Zeron 100X is a stainless steel TIG cut length consumable for welding 2507

LNT Zeron 100X

superduplex base materials. Welds made with LNT Zeron 100X have high resistance against
pitting and crevice corrosion.

LNT NiCro 60/20

ERNiCrMo-3

Blue Max

®

LNT is a nickel-based TIG cut length consumable. The chemical composition is

similar to Alloy 625. It is suitable for both high and low temperature applications, as well as
corrosive environment applications.

LNT NiCroMo 60/16

ERNiCrMo-4

LNT NiCroMo 60/16 GTAW wire designed for welding CrMoW-alloyed nickel alloys, such as
C-276. Weld deposit is extremely resistant to corrosion environments containing sulphuric
acid and chlorides and is also applicable for surfacing in high temperature applications (up
to 1200˚C)

ERNiCr-3

Blue Max

®

LNT NiCro 70/19 is a nickel-based TIG cut length consumable for welding nickel-

LNT NiCro 70/19

base alloys such as Alloys 600 and 601. The chemical composition gives it a high resistance
against oxidation. Welds made with LNT NiCro 70/19 also have excellent impact toughness
at low temperatures.

Lincoln

®

The Blue Max

®

AC-DC series of stainless steel electrodes is characterized by their distinctive blue coating and spray

type metal transfer. These electrodes can be lightly dragged, if desired, on the surface of the base metal with no fear
of freezing to the weld. The 3/16” diameter size is generally limited to flat and horizontal welding.
