200D
The Pipeliner ® 200D is a direct descendant of Lincoln’s ® respected
200 amp pure DC generator welders for the cross-country pipeline
welding industry. It features a DC exciter and runs slower
than the common 1800 RPM, as requested by the most
discriminating cross-country pipeline operators.
Rich Heritage – 200 Amp DC Diesel Engine
• All copper windings enhance arc stability.
• 200 amps DC @ 60% duty cycle. Weld up to 7/32"
(5.6 mm) low hydrogen electrode. Gouge with up
to 5/32" (4.0 mm) carbons.
• Five overlapping current ranges with fine-tuning
within each range for precise control.
• Custom Arc ™ 150 RPM high idle (OCV) adjustment
range—enhanced fine tuning for pipe.
• Local/Remote switch and receptacle are factory installed.
• Three-year warranty on welder. (Engine is warranted
separately by the manufacturer.)

The Classic ® 300D, with proven, rugged construction, is recommended for pipeline,
construction and maintenance welding. It features Lincoln’s ® pure DC generator
design for outstanding performance on pipe. Choose Perkins ® or Kubota ®
4-cylinder, water-cooled industrial diesel engines and add CV wire
welding with the optional Wire Feed Module.
Excellent for Pipeline, Construction and Maintenance
• 300 amps @ 60% duty cycle. Welds with up to 7/32"
(5.6 mm) Fleetweld ® 5P+ cellulosic and Excalibur ®
low hydrogen electrode.
• 3,000 watts of AC auxiliary power.
• All copper windings enhance arc stability for an
extremely smooth arc.
• Five current ranges with overlap and fine-tuning
within each range.
• Local/Remote switch and receptacle are factory
installed.
