18 internal 1/10-Gbit/s ports to the server blades

10 Gb Ethernet Pass Thru connection blades in slots CB2
(fabric 2) and CB3/4 (fabric 3) only support server blades that
are fitted with 1Gb or 10 Gb Ethernet mezzanine cards or 10Gb
CNA mezzanine cards.
If the connection blade is installed in one of the slots CB 1 or CB
2, 16 ports are available. If the connection blade is installed in
one of the slots CB 3 or CB 4, 8 ports are available (see also
The 18 internal ports are divided into 6 groups. Each port group
is associated with three server blade slots. The ports within a
single group must use the same link protocol with either 10
Gbit/s or 1 Gbit/s link speed. Default link speed is 10 Gbit/s.
The management blade web interface allows the user to modify
the link speed configuration for each port group, see the
management blade online help.
