2. Expand any of the roles, which you want to edit and click the profile name. The details

of the profile appear in adjacent area.

3. To add a new profile, select any current profile and right-click

Add Sub Profile. A

new node appears below the current profile.

4. The name of the profile appears in the Profile Name field. Make changes in the profile

name if required.

5. Select

the

Can execute Automation check box to provide the user with the rights to

execute automation.

6. Select

the

Can execute Alarm check box to give the user the access to close an

alarm.

7. In

the

Available Tabs area, select the check boxes against the tabs that you want to

be displayed to the user belonging to this profile. For example, if you select only Office
and Security check boxes, then the user belonging to this profile will be able to view
only the Office and Security tabs on the ACUS home page.

8. In

the

Name of Screen area, a list of all screens in ACUS appears. This allows you to

select the screens which will be visible to the user belonging to this Profile. Select the
check boxes against the screens which you want to be visible.

9. Click

the

Show Screen link to view the preview of the screen.
