The ## 150 to ## 155 person set is created. The Identification Numbers for the persons are auto-
generated. You may click Edit to edit the person details.
5.9 Choose Categories
You can select categories that should be displayed on the Person List screen.
1. On the Person List screen, click Actions → Choose Categories. The Choose
Categories dialog box appears.

2. Select the check boxes against the categories that you want to appear on the Person
List screen from the Category Name column. For example, select Company and
Service check box.
3. Click OK. The category names appear on the Person List window.
5.10 Publish/Unpublish Person Data
You can publish persons belonging to this section in another section. When you publish persons
to any other section, you cannot edit the person details from the section where it is published.
You may only assign categories to the Person. If you are updating published person details
through import, you may only assign categories to the person.
• On the Persons screen, click Actions → Publish/Unpublish. The Publish/Unpublish
Person dialog box appears.
