4. Click (Search). The task log according to the specified criteria appears.
4.2.2 Restore Dashboard
When you press F2 the dashboard on the Security tab appears. In case you close any of the
windows or make any changes, you can click Restore Dashboard to display the four windows.
4.3 Menu Bar on the Office Tab
The File, Edit, Tools and Help menu commands on all three tabs in ACUS are similar. Hence we
would have a look at only the View commands on the Office tab in this section.

4.3.1 Task Log
The task log provides a record of the tasks performed by the ACUS user in ACUS. The details
such as the user name, date and time of the task, status and description are displayed. Click
Office
View Task Log to view the log.
4.3.2 Host List
This allows you to view the list of hosts who have summoned visitors and asked for scheduling
visits. You may view the current day’s host details, yesterday’s host details and tomorrow’s host
details.
To view host list:
1. On the ACUS home page, click Office → View → Host List. The Host List screen
appears.
