2. Click Yes. The message appears, “Rule deleted successfully”
3. Click OK. The Person’s Visitor Host is deleted.
8.3.5 Copy Person’s Visitor Host Rule
To copy a Person’s Visitor Host Rule:
1. On the Person’s Visitor Host Rule screen, select the check box against the rule which
you want to copy for another person and click Copy Rule. The Copy Rule Name> - Host rule dialog box appears.

2. In the To Whom would you like to Assign this rule field, enter the name of the
person for whom you want to copy this rule. You can enter a letter and all the person
names whose name starts with the letter appear in the drop-down list. The selected
person name appears in the New Rule Name field.
3. Click Save. The message appears, “Rule copied successfully“.
4. Click OK. The Person’s Visitor Host rule is copied and applied to a new person
successfully. The new rule name appears in the grid.
