3. Enter the details in the fields as per your requirement.
4. Click Save. The message appears, “Visitor Company created successfully”
15.6.5 Delete Company Names
To delete company names:
1. On the Company List screen, select the check box against the company name that
you want to delete and click Delete. The following message appears.

2. Click Yes. The visitor company is deleted and the message appears, “Selected
Companies Deleted Successfully”
Note: You can delete multiple companies at one go. Select multiple check boxes to delete all
companies together.
15.7 Configure Visitor Layout
You can customize the Visitor screen layout to suit your requirements. You can add, hide,
rename or delete the elements. You can add only additional attributes.
You can perform the following actions:
• Add Additional Attribute
