then the names in the Source Field will be as displayed in the following figure.

5.15 Import Category Data
You can import category data for persons. All persons belonging to the particular category are
imported in ACUS. The persons are imported in the logged on section only.
Before importing the category data, ensure that job server service is installed, configured and
running on your machine. For details, refer to
Job Server Installer Manual.
To import category data:
1. Click Settings → Report/Import → Imports. The Import screen appears.
2. Click Add and enter the following details on the screen.

Field Name Description/Action
Import Name Enter the name of the import. This is a unique
name.
Import Type Select the Import type from the drop-down list.
You can select Person Import or Category
Import.
Select Category Import.
