16 Generating Reports in ACUS
You can generate two types of reports in ACUS, Predefined Reports and Custom Reports. The
predefined reports are available in fixed templates in ACUS. In custom reports, you may
customize and generate reports based on your requirement. Predefined reports are available by
default in ACUS. For custom reports, you need to purchase the Custom Reports license. The
Custom Reports function is visible only if your company has purchased the license along with the
RAC product.
A separate user guide for Predefined Reports and Custom Reports is available with the Product.
Refer to the
Report User Manual provided with the RAC product for types of reports and details.
This section only describes how to view predefined and custom reports.
16.1 View Predefined Reports
Predefined reports are available for Configuration, Person, Visitor, Event, and Alarm. To view the
predefined reports:
1. On the ACUS home page, click Settings → Report/Import → Reports. The Reports
dialog box appears.

• Click Security Reports to view the predefined reports.
Or
• Click Office Reports to view the predefined reports.
