5.10 Status word (G1_ZSW)
The status word defines encoder states, acknowledgements,
error messages of major encoder functions.
Bit Function
0...7 Function status: Reference mark search,
measurement on the fly
8 Probe 1 deflected
9 Probe 2 deflected
10 Reserved, set to zero
11 Requirement of error acknowledgement detected.
12 Set/shift of home position executed
13 Transmit absolute value cyclically
14 Parking sensor active
15 Sensor error

Note: If bit 13 Transmit absolute value cyclically or bit 15
Sensor error is not set there is no valid value or error
code transferred in G1_XIST2.
Note: Bit 13 Transmit absolute value cyclically cannot be set
at the same time as bit 15 Sensor error as these bits
are used to indicate either a valid position value
transmission (bit 13) or the error code transmission
(bit 15) in G1_XIST2.
