Disk Save Menu
Press the [SAVE>] button to display the Disk Save menu shown in
Figure 3-42. This menu allows you to save E-MEM registers,
banks of registers, and configuration files (corresponding to the
Configuration menus) to the floppy disk.
Disk Save Menu Functions:
(FILE SELECT)
—Scrolls through the list of files and directories.
[LIST DIR]
—Lists the contents of the current directory. A directory
listing occurs automatically when you enter the menu or change
directories. The main purpose of this soft button is to update the
directory after you change disks.
[CHANGE DIR]
—Allows you to move to another directory. To do so,
select the directory using (FILE SELECT) and then push the
[CHANGE DIR]
soft button.
[SAVE E-MEM]
—Saves the currently selected E-MEM register to the
disk.
[SAVE BANK]
—Saves the currently selected bank of E-MEM
registers to the disk.
[SAVE ALL E-MEMS]
—Saves all E-MEM registers to disk.
[SAVE CONFIG]
—Saves the current switcher panel configuration to
disk.
[SET NAME]
—Allows you to enter a file name using the keyboard,
or a special dial and button entry screen.
(E-MEM)
—Selects an E-MEM register to be saved.
(BANK)
—Selects a bank of E-MEM registers to be saved.
[ENTRY MODE]
—Toggles between keyboard entry or a special dial
and button entry screen for entering a file name.
