Timing Menu

From the Configuration top menu, press [TIMING>] to display the
Timing menu shown in Figure 3-32. This menu allows you to
advance or delay the timing of the Reference input. The (REF
TIMING FINE)

and (COARSE) soft knobs set Reference input timing.

The (COARSE) knob sets rough timing, and the (REF TIMING FINE)
knob fine-tunes the timing adjustment. As you change the
reference timing, the display table updates to show the timing of
the primary inputs changing with the reference. Output timing
changes also but is not displayed in the table.

The purpose of adjusting reference timing is to advance or delay
the switcher’s auto timing window as required to capture all of
the primary inputs.
