LD4 Control Panel

The level windows will indicate status of the first 4 levels of the
switcher.

If Sticky Levels is off, after the Take all levels will automatically be
deselected (their buttons will turn off). If Sticky Levels is on, only
the levels involved in the last Take will remain selected.

Sticky Levels Mode (LD4 Panel)

If Sticky Levels mode is ON, the level(s) involved in a breakaway Take
remain selected for subsequent Takes. To turn on Sticky Levels mode:

1.

Press

Menu

. The display windows will display various modes.

2.

Press the

Up/Down

arrow buttons to display

Panel Config?

in the D4

window and press its soft button.

3.

The

Sticky Level

menu will be displayed in the D1 window with its

current status (ON or OFF).

4.

Press

Take

to toggle the state ON or OFF)

The panel will exit Menu mode and operate with the new state.

LD4 Multiple Destination Mode

Multiple destination mode, sometimes referred to as “multi-bus” mode, is
in effect when various destinations, in yellow, appear in the D1-D4 win-
dows; and level names (“video” etc.) do not appear.

This mode displays the top level (e.g., video) status for 4 destinations.
Additional pages of destinations each can be accessed using the

Up/Down

arrow buttons. Multiple destinations can be selected for single-Take
switching.

Entering Multiple Destination Mode

1.

Press

Menu

. The display windows will display various modes.

2.

Press the soft button for

Multiple Destination?

. The D1 window will

display the page number of the display (e.g.

p00

). The D1-D4 windows’

first line contains the status of 16 destinations.

If destinations are undefined, the windows will show a series of dashes.
