Control Panel Sets
Sequence Set
- (Does not apply to S25 and S50. Optional for all other L-S
panels.) Select a CP Sequence set name. A Sequence set is used to execute a
list of switches with a single command.
Control Panel Sets
Switcher sources and destinations for the L-S panels are specified by cre-
ating a Jupiter CP Level Set, a CP Input Set, and a CP Output Set. These sets
are assigned to each panel using the MPK Devices table.
CP Level Set
The CP Level Set used for L-S panels is specified as type CP-ESLAN.
With L-S panels, the CP Level Set does establish the order in which levels
are displayed on the panel; however, this table is not the source of the
display mnemonics used for the various levels (“Video,” “Left,” etc.). The
level names are instead based on the Switcher “Name” (i.e., level name) as
entered in the Switcher Description table, with a maximum length of eight
characters. For this reason, systems with L-S panels require that all
Switcher Names in the Switcher Description table be unique (not just
unique within a given switcher). For example, if switcher “Main” has a
level Name “Video,” then switcher “News” could not also have a level
name “Video.”
CP Input and CP Output Sets
The CP Input and Output Set is specified as type CP-ESLAN for all L-S
models. The number of category buttons varies from panel to panel, as
indicated in
