LD4 Operating Modes
The LD4 has two distinct operating modes, single destination and multiple
destination.
•
When operated in single destination mode, one destination is selected
for control and the display windows show the source for each defined
level of that destination (video, left audio, right audio, etc.). Breakaway
switching is supported.
•
When operated in multiple destination mode, the LD16 can be used to
control multiple destinations, with the names of 4 of those destinations
(and the primary source for each) on display simultaneously. Multiple
destinations can be switched to the same source with a single Take.
Breakaway switching is not supported in this mode (except via Over-
rides).
LD4 Single Destination Mode
In single destination mode, windows D1-D4 show the status for each level
of one selected destination. The name of the currently controlled destina-
tion is shown in the Destination window.
