Software Updating
Download Current Software
Download the current software for the 9430 to your PC or Mac from the following URL:
http://www.ensembledesigns.com/support/avenue-support/avenue-software
Navigate to your 9430 Module through a Web Browser
From the controlling computer, navigate to the IP address of your 9430 from a web browser. The
Router view displays.
From the upper left area of the web page, select Settings. The Settings > General window displays.
Update the Module Software
From the Settings > General window, under the Software Update heading, click the Choose
File button. From the navigation dialog window, navigate to the updated software file that you
downloaded to your computer. Select the downloaded software, then click the Start Update button.
The Updating Firmware window displays. The updating process can take several minutes.
Warranty and Factory Service
This module is covered by a five year limited warranty. If you require service (under warranty or
not), please contact Ensemble Designs and ask for customer service before you return the unit. This
will allow the service technician to provide any other suggestions for identifying the problem and
recommending possible solutions.
If you return equipment for repair, please get a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) from the
factory first.
