Status Screen 28 - PREHEAT-X Controller

Line 3 Current PREHEAT-X Leaving Air Temperature
If a Leaving Air Temperature Sensor(s) has been installed
and confi gured on the PREHEAT-X, this screen will display
the current Pre-Heat Leaving Air Temperature. If these
conditions do not exist, it will display 0°F.
Line 4 Current PREHEAT-X Entering Air Temperature
If an Entering Air Temperature Sensor has been installed
and confi gured on the PREHEAT-X, this screen will display
the current Pre-Heat Entering Air Temperature. If these
conditions do not exist, it will display 0°F.

Line 3 Current PREHEAT-X Modulating Position
If you do have a PREHEAT-X Controller connected to the
VCB-X Controller and are using Modulating Heat, this is
the current modulating position of the gas valve .
Line 4 Current PREHEAT-X Active Stages
If you have a PREHEAT-X Controller connected to the
VCB-X Controller, this is the number of Active Stages that
have been confi gured in the PREHEAT-X Controller’s
# of Heat Stages Confi guration Screen.

Line 2 Current Return Air Damper Signal
Indicates the current Output Signal percentage being sent to
the Return Air Damper Actuator. If you haven’t confi gured
a Return Air Bypass Damper, [No Return Dmp Confg] will
be displayed instead.
Line 3 Current Return Air Bypass Damper Signal
Indicates the current Output Signal percentage being sent to
the Return Air Bypass Damper Actuator. If you haven’t
confi gured a Return Air Bypass Damper, [No Bypass Dmp
Confg] will be displayed instead.
Line 4 Indicates That These Are Optional Outputs
This output may or may not have live data to display.
Status Screens 31-51 - Supply Fan Relay
VCM-X / RNE v1.00
Fan Relay: OFF
Cool Stage: OFF
Heat Stage: OFF
Line 2 Current Supply Fan Relay Status
The letters FRC will appear before the colon if this Relay is
in a Force Mode. On screens 31 to 51, this line will indicate
the relays use and the ON/OFF condition for that relay.
Possible options are as follows:
Not Used Pre-Heater
Heat Stage Alarm Relay
Cool Stage Override
Warmup Mode Occupied
Rev Valve Economizer (OA Damper)
Gas Re-Heat ( HGR Relay) Heat Wheel
Exhaust Fan Emergency Heat
