B - PRINT LABELS

This command is used to print labels for card data previously loaded into the card data file.

LABELS PER CARD - The unit can print from one to ninety-nine labels per card. This is useful

when multiple cards will be encoded or when additional labels are needed for other
reasons.

STARTING POINT - You can choose the starting point in the card data file from which the unit will

begin to print labels. Responses for the starting point are:

Y - Print labels starting with the first card in the file. A Y response will start the unit

printing labels for all cards in the file (unless stopped by a CTRL C).

N - Do not start with the first card in the file. The unit will begin to display the card data file

beginning with the first card and await one of three responses:

LF (Line Feed) - Skip to next card. The unit will display the next card and await a

response.

CR (Carriage Return) - Start here. The unit will begin to print labels starting with this

card. It will print labels for the remaining cards in the data file (unless stopped by
a CTRL C).

CTRL C (Control C) - Terminates the B command.

To print labels:

At an asterisk (*) prompt -

You will be prompted: HOW MANY LABELS PER CARD?

2.
