b. Provide the telephone number of the modem, and ask the

technician to check the modem operation.

signal strength indication (RSSI) check”

on page 36 and complete

the

“Your facility’s RSSI measurement chart”

on page 39.

Confirm that the RSSI for all locations is 50 or less.

This step may require 1-2 hours to complete, depending on your
facility.
