Valve on Hitch
This location applies to kits 401-939A, 401-940A,
401-941A and 401-942A on models 3PYP and 3PYPA.
For other kits/models, see the page director table on
page 43.
Refer to Figure 56
86. At the inside edge of the right hitch right plate,
remove and save the top set of:
803-027C NUT HEX 3/4-10 PLT
804-023C WASHER LOCK SPRING 3/4 PLT
802-086C HHCS 3/4-10X2 3/4 GR5
87. Loosen the nut on the next bolt down .
88. Select one new of:
401-979L 3PYP PTO FLOW CNTRL GND DRV
401-980L 3PYP PTO FLOW CNTRL HYD DRV
Adjust the position of the storage mount as
necessary for clearance. Slide the lower cut of the
mounting plate under the head of the loosened
bolt
. Insert the removed bolt through the
upper hole of the mounting plate. Secure the plate
and hitch with the existing lock washers
and
nuts .
89. Secure the fasteners for the storage mount .

Valve Under Center Walkboard
This location applies to kits 401-943A, 401-944A,
411-014A and on models YP2425, YP2425A and
YP2425F. For other kits/models, see the page director
table on page 43.

90. Select one of new:
401-931L YP24A CONTROL VALVE ASSY
401-932L YP24 FAN CONTROL VALVE ASSY
one new:
421-136D YP24 HYD VALVE REAR MNT PLT
and four sets new:
802-390C HHCS 5/16-18X3 1/4 GR5
804-009C WASHER LOCK SPRING 5/16 PLT
803-008C NUT HEX 5/16-18 PLT
With the valve assembly knob down, position the
mount plate, to the left, on the left tube supporting
the walkboard rungs, as close to the fan (front fan
on YP2425F) as practical. Secure with rear mount
plate
, bolts , lock washers and nuts .
