4. Secure the frame cross braces and the long frame cross brace to the welded
lugs on the lower reach arms with four 1/2” x 1-3/4” bolts, 1/2” flat washers,
and locknuts. Use a fifth 1/2” x 1-1/2” bolt, 1/2” flat washer, and locknut to
fasten the cross-braces together where they cross.
