Buttons and Switches
There are two buttons and one switch on the front panel of the
SA7150.
Front Panel LEDs
The LED display provides high-level SA7150 information. There are
seven LEDs on the SA7150’s front panel, in two groups of four and
three, respectively.
Button/Switch Action
Reset button Press momentarily to issue a soft reset to
the SA7150. Press for 5 seconds to reset the
SA7150 and restore the factory defaults.
Bypass button Press to physically force bypass mode
(bypass SA7150 processing).
Fail-through/
Fail-safe switch Default: Fail-safe (up position), the
network connection is broken during a
SA7150 failure.
Fail-through (down position), the network
connection is maintained during a SA7150
failure. Refer to Failure/Bypass Modes in
Appendix B for details.
LED Status
Power ON – Power is supplied to SA7150.
OFF – No Power to SA7150.
Error ON – Error condition found.
OFF – Normal operation.
