Recovery: Enter the application name in the text field.
Application name can be max. 16 characters
Cause: The application name is entered in an invalid format.
Recovery: Enter the application name in the correct format (up to 16 characters long and containing
alphabets and numbers only).

Cause: The application name being added is already being used.
Recovery: Only add application names not already in use.

Recovery: Make sure that applications to be removed are checked before clicking ‘Remove’.

Cause: When adding owner-subsystems to an application, the owner name was missing in the text
field and the ‘Add’ button was clicked.
