Function or activity: EA Admin – Manage Collectors screen
Missing collector name
Cause: The collector name was missing in the text field and the ‘Add’ button was clicked.
Recovery: Enter the collector name in the text field.
Collector name can be max. 6 characters
Cause: The collector name is entered in an invalid format.
Recovery: Enter the collector name in the correct format (begins with a dollar ($) sign, needs to be at
least 2 characters long, and be followed by alphabets and numbers only.
Collector name must begin with a dollar ($) sign

Recovery: Make sure that collectors to be removed are selected before clicking ‘Remove’.
