2-2-5-3 Considerations
 Java Requirement: The PC based installer is a Java based program. Make sure Java is
installed on the PC being used for the install before launching this installation wizard. The
installer is compatible with JRE 1.5.0_12 and later.
 NonStop File Security: Make sure to use a NonStop logon that allows you to read as well
as write to the Web ViewPoint configuration files and to copy over files to the EA
subvolume.
 TCPIP Program: Please specify the right TCPIP program that runs on the NonStop. This
is important and is required for verifying the port number specified.
 During the obeying of files, a STRTWVP error may be generated. This occurs due to the
command to stop the processes may not result in the process(es) being stopped. The
recovery is to “Skip Command”.
