Under normal circumstances it is not necessary to view this window.
All data shown here is also available in more common used windows in perhaps other formats.
This window shows the raw basic flow data from the UFC-V with no history capacity.
Data of all channels:

Transit time as [ms]
•
Flow rate as percentage [-125...+125%]
•
Line status (normally active, on communication failure Inactive)
•
Data status (New data, old data (previously handled), old data time out (on communication alarm))
