[7] I/O Port Top Number Setting
Set the top port number of the port range used in I/O Parameters No. 233 to 234.
Note The port numbers assigned here are the starting input and output port numbers.The max I/O port will be
determined by adding parameters 233 and 234 to parameters 231 and 232 respectively.
The values entered into these parameters must be evenly divisible by 8 (EX: 300).
