Note: Each message command can only handle 400 bytes. If more than 400 bytes of data needs
to be transferred, another controller tag needs be added (Read_tag) for the buffer and another
MSG command needs be added. The second MSG command should have its attribute as 2 (and
so on up to a maximum of 5 for up to 2000 bytes of message data).
