DIFFERENTIAL CARRIERS with differential lock

l Remove the differential lock actuating l Swivel the assembly through 180 l Disassemble the clutch gear, the fork
cylinder. l Extract the fork pin with a pin punch. l and the lock ring.
l Reassemble by holding a l Install fork with the pin. l Install the differential lock actuating
vice. l Test the differential lock. l cylinder
l Stake the casting in two l Change the sealing washers
locations at each end of l Sealing of the face according to
the pin hole. specification STC 2-205
l Sealing of the bolts according to
specifications STC 2-204
l Torque the bolts according to
specifications STB 1-110.
