PLANETARY WITH WET DISC BRAKE
Remove two holes opposite each
other (1). Install the special tool (1) and
tighten both bolts (2).
Tighten the center bolt (3) to
compress the belleville springs. Remove the snap ring (1). Loosen
bolt (2) and remove the special
tool by removing bolts (4).
Remove the brake reaction piston
(1) and discard the seal (2).
Remove the parking brake piston
(3) and remove the belleville
springs. Remove and discard the seal (1).
Remove the shaft (2).
Remove the bearing (3) on steer
axles. Remove the ring gear mounting bolts
(1).
