Event status: The CMS (FreeView Pro) can automatically detect the status of events from the NVR
Server. The user can check all event status from “Network Status” in e-Map connection screen.
Step 1.
Type the port number which has to be matched with “Event notification Port” in the NVR
Server. The default port is “5877”.
Step 2.
Check “Detect network” to
automatically update the status of
NVR to CMS server.
Step 3.
Type password and must be matched
with the NVR’s “Event notification
password” of “Remote access
setup “ tab .
Step 4.
Set up the duration for “Auto
reconnection when not connect to
NVR after”
Step 5.
Set up the reconnection times in “Reconnect count” field.
Step 6.
Check “Pop up alarm message” to receive the pop up message when network is
discounted.
Step 7.
Select the event types for updating status.
Step 8.
Set up the frequency for checking the status of NVR Server.
Make redundant NVR function: This function allows back up the default NVR of among
NVRs automatically. The redundant NVR function will be released automatically after NVR
become to normal. Follow up the process as below:
Check “ Enable redundant NVR function” tab, then setup the detection during.
Install the Witness Pro NVR software on this CMS platform.
Browse the path of Witness Pro NVR program.
Click “ Save” icon to save the parameters.
