Step 3.
Choice the weekly date if you choice the “Weekly” mode and select “Start date” and “End
date” when you select the “Special during” mode.
Step 4.
Choice “Count” or “During” mode from drop-menu of “Play with” tab.
Count: Choice the “Count” mode, the sound file will stop playback after 3 times if the
setting count number is “3”.
During: Choice the “During” mode, the sound file will playback from “Start time” to
“End time”.
Step 5.
Adjust the sound volume and enable chime sound function if it is needed.
Step 6.
Browse the sound files from exist files or record sound file by user, select interval period
and click “Add” icon to save announcement files.
Step 7.
Select the announcement zones and groups.
Step 8.
Click “Save” icon to finish and exit the setting.
