Issue with Wireless Transfer via ‘PhotoPrints’ App
Incorrect Kiosk ID and Password:
If the screen suggests the following options kiosk for wireless transmission of photos, there is a problem with
your PhotoPrints router:
Incorrect
IP Address
The router must be connected to Snap Lab and turned ON before starting (turning ON) system
Correct IP Address
Local Immediate Print Product is No Longer Available
If you are using DNP printers, the software automatically hides the products which can not be processed.
Make sure the printer is powered on, with available media, connected to the Snap Lab and ready to print.
