Orders in Process
To list the orders which are in process and therefore are not yet printable. All orders with any error condition
are listed here.
1.
From the Main Panel, select the
Diagnostics
button.
2.
Select the
Orders in Process
option.
3.
Following options are available:
o
Show Error
: Displays details about any error conditions for the selected order.
o
Delete All Orders in Error
: All orders with an error condition will be permanently deleted.
Receipt Printer Test
1.
From the Main Panel, select the
Diagnostics
button
2.
Select the
Receipt Printer Test
option.
3.
A test print is sent to your receipt printer.
4.
If there are two printers set and connected, a pop-window is displayed asking you to select the printer
you wish to test.
