In the custom text field, enter any text you want the customer to see when trying to release an order. In
this example, “Please contact the operator to release your order” is used. Press the
OK
button to save
your custom text.
Releasing an Order
Let’s imagine an order with “Print” products is in the process and the name is given as “Test”
1.
Depending on your system configuration, a receipt can be printed for orders that need to be release.

Once the screen saver is shown, tap the
left
and then the
right
top corners of the screen in sequence.
4.
Enter the admin password and click
OK
.
5.
If you enter the wrong password, repeat the above steps with the correct password.
6.
When the Order Management screen is shown, find the order you want to release.
7.
Click on the order you want to release. You can only release one order at a time.
8.
Click
OK
to release the order.
9.
The system displays waiting and in progress messages as the order is processed and printed.
10.
If you need to stop the order processing, press the
Cancel
button.
Attention:
If a print job is already in the printer buffer, then the job cannot be cancelled. Only prints that have not been
added to the printer buffer can be cancelled. It is normal for up to four prints to print after you press the
Cancel button, depending on the order information and printer buffer size.
