to quit from the current mode quit and return the previous mode. By this command, users

being in global mode will return to admin configuration mode; users being admin mode will return to
user mode.

Function

Set the mapping relationship between the host and IP address; the “no ip host” parameter

of this command will delete the mapping.

Parameter

is the host name, up to 15 characters are allowed; is the

corresponding IP address for the host name, takes a dot decimal format.
