PLL adjustment
The PLL adjustment adjusts the vertical synchronization
properties of the image. In Figure 40 , if the image in the video
capture application window displays a similar quality of image as
shown in Image D, then select and adjust the sampling phase in
small steps until a sharper image is displayed in the video capture
application window.
