Yes or No. Press ENTER when done.

If Clear-All=Yes is selected, the event log is cleared and the user is returned directly to the
previous menu. However, if there already are faults present on the unit at this time, they will be
re-time-stamped, and new log entries will be generated.

An example of a Stored Events screen is shown.
The event log can store up to 255 events. When a fault condition occurs, it is time- & date-
stamped and put into the log. Similarly, when the fault condition clears, this is also recorded.
Note that, in accordance with international convention, the date is shown in DAY-MONTH-
YEAR
format.
Use the

▲ ▼

arrow keys to scroll up and down through the event log entries. Press ENTER or

CLEAR to return to the previous menu.

5.6.3 Monitor: Rx-Params

Rx Parameters: EsNo=99.9
BER=9999 RxLevel=LT-90

This read-only screen provides the active Rx Parameters mode information as follows:

Description

EsNo

Displays the value of Es/No calculated by the demodulator. The value
referred to here is the energy per symbol bit (Es), divided by the noise
spectral density (No).

BER

Displays an estimate of the corrected Bit Error Rate

RxLevel

Displays the dBm reading indicating the signal level of the desired receive
carrier. Resolution: 0.5dB
