Features and Profiles

Features

This chapter describes the various user programmable features of the printer. Through the keypad,
the printer can be configured to operate in a variety of host environments and provide print for
common applications such as reports, checks, invoices, and labels.

The printer's features are grouped into the following seven categories:

Profiles

This printer will store the feature settings for commonly used applications in what is called a
PROFILE. Up to four profiles may be named, saved in the printer's non-volatile memory, and
recalled with a few key strokes. This avoids time consuming setup and reprogramming each time
you change applications.
