On the Tools menu, click Cover Page Designer.
Using the Cover Page Designer
The Cover Page Designer window consists of the following components.
Menu Bar
The menu bar contains commands that enable you to create, edit,
and print your fax cover page. Some commands can also be accessed
by their corresponding buttons on the toolbar.
