Printing Reports and Lists
MFC Settings and Activity
You can print the following lists and reports:
1.ACT.REPORT
2.ALL DIAL
3.TEL.INDEX
4.C0UERPAGE ‘
'
5.CALL BACK MSG
6,USER OPTIONS
7.XMIT REPORT
8.MEMORY STATUS
9.CALLER ID
Activity Report lists information
about the last 50 incoming and
outgoing faxes. TX means Transmit;
RX means Receive.
Lists names and numbers stored in
One Touch and Speed Dial memory,
in numerical order.
ALL DIAL list (above), alphabetically.
Check cover page format.
Check Call Back Message format
Lists settings for USER OPTIONS,
TEL OPTIONS, SETUP SYSTEM,
REMOTE FAX OPTIONS.
Choose if Transmission Verification
Report is printed after all faxes sent.
Lists summary information and
amount of occupied memory.
Lists Caller ID names/numbers, and
time and date of call.
To print a report
^ Press
[Functionl. rH. fTl.
% Enter the number (see list above) of the report you want to print. For
example, press [3] to print the TEL-INDEX.
9 Press ^tofi].
H Press W to exit.
