• RV1 — Reverb 1
Reverberation is the warm musical "ambience" you
experience when listening to music in a hall or other natural
environment.

TYP (Reverb Type: Rhl. Rrnfi. Rvc. R
d
I)
The FX900 offers several different reverb types, simulating
types of reverberation you would experience in a hall (Rhl =
Reverb Hall), in a smaller room (Rrm = Reverb Room), a
reverb effect ideally suited to vocals (Rvc = Reverb Vocal),
and the type of reverberation produced artificially by a plate
reverberator (Rpl = Reverb Plate).
TYP fFllter Type: HPF. LPFl
Selects the type of filter to be used with the reverb effect:
HPF - high-pass filter; LPF = low-pass filter. Please note that
whenever the setting of this parameter is changed, the "CutF"
parameter, below, is automatically set to "THRU".
CutF (Filter Cutoff Frequency: THRU. 160Hz —
1.QkHz/1.0kHz-11kHz. THRU)
Sets the cutoff frequency of the filter type selected in the
preceding parameter (TYP). If the HPF is selected, the range
is from 160Hz to 1 .OkHz. If the LPF is selected the range is
from 1 .OkHz to 11 kHz. In either case the "THRU" setting
bypasses the filter.
MIX (Mixing Balance: 0-100 %)
Sets the balance between the direct and effect sound. Higher
values produce a greater proportion of effect sound in relation
to direct sound.
LVL (Output Level:
-30 — +6dB)
Determines the output level of the RV1 effect.
RVT (Reverb Time: 0.3-40 S)
Sets the amount of time it takes for the reverb sound to
decay by 60 dB.
HF (High Frequency Reverb Time Ratio: 1 — 1 0 )
Sets the reverb time of the high frequencies in relation to the
overall reverb time. Higher values produce longer high-
frequency reverb times, gradually approaching the overall
reverb time.
DLY (Delay Time: 0.1 — 335.0 mS)
Sets the delay time before the reverb sound begins.
Initial direct sound.
