Click Modify Rule. The window will close.
Now, 10 digit numbers supplied to the server will have the first 3 digits
trimmed, if those 3 digits are your local area code. You can test this by clicking
the Validate button on the main Validation Editor interface. Enter some example
input numbers, and verify the OUTPUT: listed in the results window is correct.
