3 Press button until Defaults Settings is highlighted, and then
press the (Set) button.
4 Ensure that Copy Defaults is highlighted, and then press the (Set)
button.
5 Press button until the desired menu item is highlighted, and then press
the (Set) button.
6 Press or button until the desired setting is highlighted or enter the
value using the numeric keypad, and then press the (Set) button.
7 Repeat steps 5 and 6 as needed.
To return to the top screen of the (Menu) menu, press the (All
Clear) button.
Setting the Power Saver Timer Option
You can set the power saver timer for the printer. The printer enters the power
saver mode when the printer is not used for a certain period of time.
To set the power saver timer:
1 Press the (Menu) button.
2 Press button until System Setup is highlighted, and then press the
(Set) button.
3 Press button until Admin Menu is highlighted, and then press the
(Set) button.
4 Press button until System Settings is highlighted, and then press
the (Set) button.
5 Ensure that Power Saver Timer is highlighted, and then press the
(Set) button.
6 Press button until the desired setting is highlighted, and then press the
(Set) button.
7 Press or button or enter the desired value using the numeric keypad,
and then press the (Set) button.
You can specify from 1 to 30 minutes for Sleep or 5 to 60 minutes for
Deep Sleep.
