Configuring the network
7.3 Configuring the network
Select the "CAN OnBoard" component in the Project view. The Workspace then provides you
with different tabs which serve to configure the I/O system 1000 in the CAN network.
7.3.1 Settings tab
The Settings tab serves to change the node address of the CAN bus coupler module. The
address is only important for the configuration within the »Engineer«. It is not transferred
to the CAN bus coupler module.
 The node address for the I/O system 1000 must be set with the coding switch at the
CAN bus coupler.
