Strongly pull the back cover off of the cut sheet stand (in the direction indicated
by the arrow) and set it down.

Install the cut sheet stand. For installation, see the section “Installing the Cut
Sheet Stand” in Chapter 2.
10.
Press the FF/Load button to advance the paper to the top-of-form position.
Top-of-form is the first line on which printing can start.
11.
Press the ONLINE button to place the printer online. Print a sample page and
check the page margins. Make the following adjustments, as necessary:
Horizontal alignment. Move the forms tractors as required.
Top-of-form setting (see Chapter 5, “Adjusting Top-of-Form Origin”).
Margin settings. Use your software or the printer setup mode (see Chapter 5,
“Using Set-Up Mode”).
If the paper cut position and the perforation position do not fit, adjust them by using
the following procedure.
