Installing keyboard files in Windows 95
1 Start Windows 95 and click the Start button.
2 Click Settings; then click Control Panel.
3 Double-click the Keyboard icon.
4 Select the Language tab.
5 Click Add.
6 In the list that appears, select the language you want; then click OK.
7 Click the name of the language whose keyboard layout you want to use; then click Set as
Default, then click OK.
8 Insert the PC Utilities CD and click OK.
9 Click Browse; then select the E drive in the Drives window.
10 In the Folders window, locate the folder and file you want; then click OK.
The path is E:\KEYBOARD\WIN95\
Installing your own PC software
You can now install your own PC programs in the drive container you’ve
created. Follow the instructions that came with the programs.
You may need to eject disks during installation. Press x-E to eject a disk.
Press x-Y to eject a CD. For more information on working with disks, see
“Using Floppy Disk Drives and Floppy Disks” and “Using CD-ROM Discs
and Drives” in Chapter 6.
