8.4 Specifying options
You can specify the options installed on this machine so that they can be
used from the printer driver.

Reminder
If the installed options on this machine are not set from “Options Installed
1” or “Options Installed 2”, the option function cannot be used with the
printer driver. When installing options, be sure to make the proper set-
tings.
To specify options

On the Apple menu, click “Chooser”.

Select the printer name.

Click the [Setup] button.

Click the [Configure] button
The setting screen for adding options appears.

Select the option that is installed on this machine from “Options In-
stalled 1” and “Options Installed 2”.

Click the [OK] button.
The Chooser window appears again.

Close the Chooser window.
