Define an EXCTG between the local and remote sites (UREX2 in

Make sure that the value (1, 2, or 3) you specify for MIRROR ID in the Copy Group
Attributes For Container (UR) panel in this step is different from the mirror ID that you
specified for the EXCTG UREX1.

When you specify journal group numbers for sub C/T ID (JNLG) in the Copy Group
Attributes (UR) panel (or the Setting C/T ID Attributes panel), specify the same values as
the sub C/T ID (JNLG) for the EXCTG UREX1 (05 and 06 in
).

When you specify an EXCTG ID for EXCTG ID (Forward) in the Copy Group Detail
Definition panel, specify the same value as the EXCTG ID (Forward) for the EXCTG UREX1.

Define Cont Ac-S Z copy groups that use the Cont Ac-S Z Consistency Preservation Function
by dividing a copy group container (TCCG) by storage system (TCG1 and TCG2 in
